And he fathered a child who also became a priest and then he was murdered... Oh wait, that’s a Dan Brown novel.

Yeaaaah, I really didn’t need to hear the minutiae of Macklemore’s married life. Maybe it’s because I’m a massive recluse but setting the flaws and foibles of one’s life partner to music and then putting that out into the world feels pretty wack to me.

And everyone knows good and well that Taylor would never approve of those lyrics if given the chance.

I try. I try so hard with Kanye, because I think some of the shit that is rained down on him has at least a little to do with the color of his skin, but good lord that man is a full-fledged man-child asshole. It’s like performance art at this point, but really bad performance art where the guy stands in the middle of

lol that does not make it better, if anything that’s worse

It’s really scary when you realize Kim Kardashian is the smart one in that relationship.

Yeah I’m Team Taylor on this one. Given the astronomical size of Kanye’s ego, I highly doubt he called Taylor Swift to “clear” anything with her before releasing it. That’s almost laughable in how unlikely it is. It’s also hilarious that he thinks he made her famous - exhibit 1,792 of his over-inflated ego.

To each their own. I like the idea of a super hero that’s in on the joke.

How about because the movie looks like it might be fun?

I never get the people who complain about the Oscars being too long. If I had something important to be doing I wouldn’t be watching the Oscars in the first place.

Came here to say the same thing. I couldn’t figure out why the IRS cared so much about personal debts unrelated to taxes.

Oh god, I had to read this about 4 times before I realized that the IRS agent was making the dispensary owner pay off the IRS agent’s student loans. I was reading it that the IRS agent made the dispensary owner pay off his own student loans, and I could not, for the life of me, figure out why he would care.

Well, the podcast creators did reach out to her family, but they declined to participate (which is absolutely their right). I think the podcast was respectful of the fact that ultimately, a girl is dead who should not be. I do think that there is a degree of callousness on the part of some of the listeners, but that

this is basically my feeling on it. Like, I don’t think Adnan should be in jail simply because his trial was so borked beyond reason. But I also understand that the family is going through absolute hell over this (and I don’t think that the podcast did a great job at providing their side of the story either)

Pretty disgusting that Manning would use this opportunity to shill for Budweiser. Especially when he owes this win to Miller.

I am a little happy to see Peyton go out on top, though. I lived in Tennessee as a teenager when he was at UT, and have always been a fan of his; dad jokes, huge HGH forehead, and all.

Congrats to the Denver Broncos for their successful production of “Weekend At Bernie’s: Super Bowl Edition” starring the corpse of Peyton Manning.

I nearly went into cardiac arrest reading this. I used to know a straight guy who said shit like that. He was sad.

He was jerking off in front of some female comedians kinda randomly. So there is that.

This is horrifying. Makes me think of the Louis C.K. skit.
