I'd say both Tony and Cap are very much on the chopping block here. Might spare Tony so they can use RDJ to set up Ironheart, since they already have two other replacement Caps they can use in a Battle for the Shield-type movie.

Unless you care about the characters more than that storyline. We already know Guardians 3, Homecoming 2, and Strange 2 are lined up for phase 4.

I'll have you know that Cap got a whole three more minutes of screen time than Stark.

As is Homecoming, even though it has a LOT more connections to the outside MCU than any other other movies mentioned, and, really, pretty much any non-Avengers MCU movie.
