I'm too exhausted by you people to form a real response, so this is what you get:

I had play dough, candy, and temporary tattoos. Alas, no trick or treaters. I have play dough leftover because it lasts, so I'm donating it to a friend's house that has more kids come by.

It is really depressing to want trick or treaters and not get them. Last year we had a party at our house, all our friends were there. I still moped around because only one kid came by. All the booze and friends in the world couldn't heal my trick or treating pain.

Yeah I actually think a big reason we don't get kids is because we don't have a sidewalk, and our street is the main passageway to the high school down the street. Plus the bigger houses are only a few blocks away... why bother with the modest ones ya know? Still makes me sad. I want trick or treaters!!!
