This is actually a selling point for me. I’m tired of the kind of AAA titles that PS4 and XB1 offer(I own both) but there is a BOATLOAD of little indie/steam titles that all seem to be popping up or primed to pop up on the Switch and I cannot be more excited.

I don’t think the general audience has moved past it. They haven’t even moved into it yet. It’s still in its formative stages. You need a souped up PC and a lot of extra cash in order to get a decent rig going. VR’s proving ground is still a few years off.

I will not play P5 until I can do so portably. It doesn’t matter how. Switch. Some new Sony Vita successor(unlikely) or a portable Steam machine(likelier.) I just cut my teeth on P3 and P4 on Sony’s Portables and playing this amazing series entirely in front of a television seems like a drag. OK rant over.

What I want for the Switch is, essentially, a place to play all of the Steam games I’ll never play because I hate gaming on my PC(because I work on it.) So far, so good!

As soon as I get some extra money I’ll get D5. I’m not normally into SRPGS but there is something about this one...personality? Also, seconded on Wonder Boy. Never played the original (Nintendo kid) and it is stellar! Light Metroidvania and hard as nails. You can tell a lot of love was put into the remake.

Remember on Last Crusade when you keep dying over and over during the three trials segment., towards the end, and Jones keeps saying, inexpicably, “be back in a jiffy!” ?? That is one of my earliest childhood memories. The brain is weird.

Nintendo should just release a software version of this for the Switch, knock 20 bucks off or whatever, and it would still be a steal.

I just don’t even know why they are making this movie. I was cautiously optimistic, with Kasdan’s involvement, but now it’s back to “total blah” mode. We already know everything we need to know about Han!

Plus its not like these are two indie upstarts. They’ve pretty much only made studio pictures.
