Don't play dumb. This guy acted like an insensitive asshole, and now he's facing the consequences. People all over the world manage to do their jobs without being pricks about it every day. Figuring out where the line is and not crossing it isn't difficult for mature adults.

It's only a disadvantage if the other players aren't using the same hardware. Also, I don't think the VR headsets are really intended for playing traditional games. Where they'll really shine is in entirely new areas of game design built entirely around the capabilities of the hardware.
