Ah yes, prison reform.   Put it on the list.  Where does this fall relative to Health Care For All,  Climate Change, Homelessness, Poverty?    So many fucking problems to solve, I lost track.

Outside of the obvious profit grabbing....My understanding is most prisons have jobs for the inmates where they can earn money. And charging them for these kinds of things is incentive to work and behave.
