Your sarcasm aside, the USA can’t do this alone.  I just wanted to hear how we convince other countries to do the same.  Any reductions we make will be more than erased by developing countries. 

My concern is all the gains we make in greenhouse gas reduction will be undone by developing countries.  But yeah, slow my roll, maybe stop reading gloomy tech blogs too.
