I’m on team XLT Hybrid as well. I never thought I’d be interested in a new car, but here we are. 40 or 45mpg from a truck is bonkers. I love it.

I’m guessing we’ll see a hybrid AWD in the near future, with only electric motor(s) in the rear, like how the Toyota Highlander, etc. work. That’d be a good thing to add at the first “refresh” and would probably put me in the driver’s seat.

Yes and no. The high voltage battery needs to be completely isolated from the car when the car is off for safety reasons.
