This game had me utterly enthralled during my first two playthroughs. When I heard there was an extended version of the game coming, I haven't touched it. As soon as it's available, you'd better believe my lizard brain will go all up in this.

This. Is. Genuis. What about salting the water to get it below freezing.

That’s some fantastic, clean line work! Love the indigenous art style too.

Already there.

This is the same Nintendo that, when realizing they couldn't find the original Super Mario Bros ROM anywhere for their virtual console, downloaded a pirated ROM wholesale, then sold it back to you.

Nah, Aisha’s articles all tend to do this.

Or you could... *gasp!* just let it go to voicemail. Texts have read receipts, and the notification stays until I address it fully. Plus, sometimes I want transient conversation. I'm not so arrogant as to need a record of every single thing I say (unlike everyone under 30 it seems who needs to chronicle everything

For sure, and MS should be commended for it. That’s why I still have my One S hooked up. You’ll also notice in my museum setup I have BC consoles whenever possible, like PS3 or WiiU. I think it’s a great feature! But in the case of the article, Fahey is just flat-out wrong.

I’m 100% with you on how it would be nice. But it’s just not feasible with consoles. PCs are an apples and oranges comparison. Again, I know I’m fringe in how seriously I take it. But to call the PS4 “stupid” because it couldn’t do BC with PS3 as Fahey did is short-sighted, and frankly dumb. Consoles are definitely in

Again, it’s a question of how how far back you want to go. No system prior to the 7th gen hooks up easily via HDMI, and no modern screen accepts older inputs easily (or scales easily, like the SNES with a lot of upscaling options like AV systems or TVs), so right off the bat, you’re looking at some sort of investment.

Actually, yes I do. I have a launch PS3 (for PS1 and 2), NES, SNES, N64, GCN (for GBA player, using the digital out port), Wii U (Wii is in storage, I like HDMI), Switch, Xbox One S (Crimson limited edition Gears 4 2TB), Master System, Genesis tower of power, Saturn, Dreamcast, Neo-Geo, 3DO, TurboDuo, and Jaguar, all

Umm, what? Unless you wanted the PS4 to come out at $599 again, it was kind of necessary. The move from the bizarre Cell architecture (which, let’s face it, really hampered the PS3 for a LONG time) to a more standard X86 architecture was absolutely necessary. The only way the PS3 had backwards compatibility was to

This’ll go down GREAT at the Village Shul!

“Wow, who could have seen that coming with Google?” -- no one ever

Another good idea: have a password. This is a word only you and your kid would know. This way, if your kid does wander off, and you send someone to help look for them, your kid can verify that this stranger was indeed sent by you. Happened to me as a kid. A guy came up and said my mother was looking for me. I stopped,

From the article: "all 30 teams" which means they're still missing.

I didn’t see Toronto on the team select screen. Am I going blind?

THANK YOU!!! I only wish my wife’s aunt saw this before giving our ADHD-addled 8-year old two buttons: One that screams different versions of yes, and another being the “no” equivalent. Only thing I’m happy about is he’s using them so damn much that the batteries will run out on the bloody things sooner than later.

The fact that there are related stories (“More From Luigi’s Penis”) made me smile more than it had a right to. Also, Luigi is a weenie.

I hope you're right though your last sentence sounds like hearing "My uncle works for Nintendo!" on the playground as recess.
