It’s almost poetry that Chevy is cancelling this vehicle now that they have the market cornered. It’d be like Ford cancelling the Maverick.

Great car but like so many others from so many different brands, I never understood why the Bolt didn’t become a viable sub brand for GM, there should have been Bolt commercial vehicles, Bolt vans, Bolts with AWD etc ... etc ...

Yep, and America has prison inmates doing the same thing.

As protectionist as China? You can buy Teslas in China- it’s like the 2nd or 3rd best selling EV line in China. You can buy Buicks, Jeeps and VW’s too. Can you buy a Chinese car in the US? You can buy IPhones in China. It’s perennially among the top 5 in market share. Which Chinese phone can you buy in the US now? You

Perhaps the orange V70R in the recent Nice Price or No Dice? Perfect ride for this college student, and under budget! https://jalopnik.com/1850356992

You already are paying an asset tax if you own a home btw.

Unless it is truly dying, keep that Taurus going. If you *really* need more cargo space, just take the back seat out. Those cars are huge. Otherwise try to find a used Soul or Kona, nevermind the drivetrain just get proper tires.

At the risk of being mind-numbingly unimaginative, I have to think that the right answer is the newest / fewest km Honda Fit you can find.  With winter tires ours is a trooper in the snow.  It gets phenomenal fuel economy.  It’s got the best size : space ratio of any car I’ve owned.  And it’s as reliable as hell.

The internet is as good a place as anywhere - and posts about a multi-billionaires fleet of yachts is, of course, deserving of it all. My own sarcasm could probably, also, have been more clearly conveyed - since I agree, the very idea of a 500 M private yacht being environmentally sound is pretty hilarious - whether

It’s always good to remind people that the best time for a wealth tax was 30 years ago, the second best time is today.

It’s funny you think there were environmental benefits associated with his $500 million personal yacht.

Got to say, it feels like this is sort of undoing all the environmental benefits associated with having your flagship - lets pause for a moment to consider that this man now as a fleet that sails with him - being powered by the wind.

I don’t just want to vote NP, I want to buy the car. Honestly, it’s not the price that’s the problem: it’s that I can’t trust the seller. There are too many signs of pointless neglect, and the aftermarket tune is a downside to me. It would take a lot of effort to get this thing to the place where it deserves to be.

I Voted NP although this is a $5K car. The enhanced engine output isn’t a plus at 195K miles - you’re just squeezing the life out of it at a faster rate.

I quite like the two-tone of the interior.

I was just going to say, how many cargo vans are out there on the road right now? Not to mention every U-haul truck, every semi with a trailer, USPS/UPS/FedEx/Amazon vehicles.

I’m okay with it, provided there’s something that keeps the camera clean.

Almost always the answer to why a person does something is that alternatives are worse. Like - here are public bathrooms, locked from 6pm until 9 am. Or, here are portajohns - filled to overflowing because the service is done once every two weeks.

It’s not huge compared to some of the vehicles on the list but I think an honorable mention would be the “Big Wind”.

“Worst Selling”... or “Most Exclusive”?
