The way the email excerpt above is worded, it almost sounds like they’re trying to say that you can’t be part of the Nintendo Creators Program and also livestream from your channel, period, even if the livestream would be of a non-Nintendo game...

I wholeheartedly disagree. Some segments of fanbases can get a little too...whatever...about some things, but fanbases in general can absolutely make things even better, too. There are a lot of really great fanfics, fan animations, etc. out there for a lot of shows.
