The biggest problem I see with this festival is the location. Let me be clear: I love Watkins Glen. The town itself is great, the gorges are incredible, and the surrounding area is beautiful. The Wine Festival is a lot of fun. I’m not a die-hard racing fan, but it’s a great place to watch interesting non-mainstream

I AM VERY UPSET THAT MY FAMILY-FRIENDLY VIEWING OF LARGE MEN IN TIGHTS GIVING EACH OTHER BRAIN DAMAGE WAS SULLIED BY CURSE WORDS AND NIPPLES.

“Hey, look, enough time has passed, people’s standards of what to expect from a president have fallen through the floor, and we know for certain Americans collectively have the memory of mid-stage Alzheimer’s patient. Now’s a pretty sweet time to offer some revisionist history. Probably best if I deliver it with a

Remember when the office of the President was above the fray? Remember when those who occupied the office were savvy enough to avoid petty bickering because they knew all they’d accomplish would be to raise the profile of the antagonist and the issue being pushed? Remember when insults and public condemnations from

maybe someone should have offered some fact-checking?

I love how whenever a conservative holds a gun in a campaign ad—even if he or she is clearly experienced with firearms—they look like someone who’s never smoked a day in their life pretending to take a drag off a cigarette. It just never looks natural.

“We have to hold all of these people accountable, because if we don’t, our 1st Amendment rights are at stake here,”

I find it hard to even contemplate any scenario other than that the two of them are angling hard for a talk show a year or two after Trump’s end. A made-for-TV Carville/Matalin thing, only worse.

The smile on her face in that interview as she’s talking about how painful cancer is for the family is insanely creepy. The voice is creepy. The eyes are always creepy. Everything about this person is creepy.

Yeah, I’d be all for exploring ways to reduce the overt politicization of the court, putting protections in place to prevent anybody from pulling the kind of shithousery that McConnell pulled with Garland, and just generally doing more to insulate what can no longer be called an apolitical entity with a straight face

I don’t care about the visual appearance of rust on my discs. I do absolutely loathe the squeaking said rust produces on the first two or three pushes of the brake pedal as I’m backing out of my driveway. I know it’s brief, I know it doesn’t really affect anything, but it just sets my teeth on edge.

“[victim] endured an orchestrated defamation campaign of stunning breadth and scope, one that no human being should ever have to bear and suffer in their whole life.”

My first thought when I saw this picture a few days ago was “if I was currently going out of my way to avoid being served with a summons to appear in court over a rape accusation, I would also avoid celebrating things in public by doing violent air-humping motions with a look of sheer unconscious rabid aggression on

Someone who is literally incapable of feeling normal human emotions for anyone but himself, and whose every outward action is nothing more than a really lazy and incompetent attempt at miming the ways he’s seen other people interact with each other.

The most insane part of this is not that the WH chief of staff had to go on television and give a limp-dick protestation that his boss isn’t a white supremacist. No, the most insane part is that I guarantee in the next day or two we’ll hear leaked reports that trump is pissed he didn’t push back harder and more

“I know you are but what am I” has been the right’s default response for so long, it’s basically unconscious reflex at this point. Threaten, deny, project, play the victim, then threaten again.

Yeah, I often wonder how many Republicans in general wouldn’t support the party anymore if Fox didn’t exist. I have to tip my hat to them on an operational level. I mean, they’re awful, but they’ve been quite successful at being awful.

Yeah, I really thought the LEOs would be the only ones who could pose a serious problem. Even then, not on a national level, but I’m sure if the Orange One tried to start a coup, enough cops in pockets of the south and middle America would get on board to cause problems.

I don’t disagree that a significant portion of the military supports him, but there’s a difference between supporting him as a politician and supporting him as a dictator seeking to overthrow the constitution. I really struggle to see more than a handful of military folks following him if he tried open revolt or to

Hey look, guys, Donald Trump’s weighed in with his usual nonsensical projection:
