Big Trouble is such a great book and such a (kind of rather explicably) terrible movie.

Couldn’t disagree more. It’s thrilling, has some great action sequences, and has just the right balance of humour - basically every minute with the Guardians -and pathos.

This is almost as egregious as when MCU Rocket Raccoon was given an American accent. Marvel vs. Capcom 3 clearly established Rocket as a Scotsman.
