Oh definitely! I *thought* they looked different than the Greatest Hits version, but wondered if that was just my memory. FF8 is one of the few games I’ve ever picked up on launch day, and it took me a while to part with it, simply based on looks!

I actually really dig the Draw system for the most part. The game does allow you to create magic from items, which makes the process of gathering spells a lot less tedious, and I always liked seeing what spells new monsters had to offer.
