I don’t know why in this specific case, but all NASCAR cars are fitted with a working windshield wiper attachment, they just very rarely attach a wiper to it.

I think NASCAR should from now on make every race a road course, and when it rains you still drive. Hence why I don’t watch NASCAR at all and avoid it like the bubonic plague.
