on it's own I was able to chuckle at that part- but when it became a big part of the final level it got plain stupid.

Transistor by a mile. Second son isn't even the best game in the series. Plus the descent into saints row nonsense by the end of it was unacceptable. And I love saints row.

some great examples here, but I really remember being floored by the first game of thrones style betrayal/murder a few rounds into final fantasy tactics.
