One thing that’s helped with friendships and romantic relationships is I ask on the outset “do you want support or advice?” That way I know what to give them.

Dude, the main thing I learned from last night is that Rock can take a hit like a champ. 

My wife and I have a house in Boston and we’ve thought about relocating to someplace cheaper, but after putting together our list of things we wanted in a city we realized that all the places we’d want to move to are just as expensive.

I remember in about 2006 or so I was watching old CSI episodes. One from I think the first season was about this guy who was having a medical problem and he lost his mind and started trying to kick in the cockpit door. I wonder how it’ll play on the original PS4. I loved loved loved the first game. I wanna play it on a PS5 but I don’t have one, so I’m trying to decide if I should play it on the 4 or bide my time.

Mine is to not buy any new games*. I’m not buying any books or board games, as well. I have a way too large of a backlog for everything. I don’t need to buy anything.

My idea: emigrate to a new country. Debt doesn’t follow you overseas. If you’re paid by local company, don’t have any cosigners, and never plan on coming back to the US there’s absolutely nothing they can do to you. 

You could see this during the tug-of-war section. One group immediately found all the other big guys to team up with.

It’s definitely too late now, but I scheduled my cleaner to come the Tuesday before Thanksgiving a month ago. She’s pretty in-demand around the holidays so I had to jump on the chance.

I want one but I’m not willing to put any effort into getting one that’s more than signing onto a website whenever I want and buying it.

The fix was in even before they started the trial. 

Luckily my wife/my friends aren’t this horrid. But I’ve made it clear that if anyone ever did that to me or my family they are completely out of my life. They will be immediately asked to leave and never spoken to again. Ever. It’s such a cruel, cruel thing to do to someone. 

I bought it and played around a few hours. It’s enjoyable but I’m holding off any more for now.

I want a new console but I absolutely refuse to do any extra work to get them. If I can’t just go to a website and click “purchase” without having to time anything, then I’ll just wait.
