I love it. I don’t watch it very much at all, but when I do, I’m just fascinated. Just about every volley is exciting, and not just the highlights as shown there. That and jai alai are amazing sports.
Hmmm, FB doesn’t have “Compose new”, “reply/comment” or “like/react” shortcuts? It seems those would actually save time, as opposed to the 2 seconds per year on average I spend getting to FB official page, help center, service agreements, privacy center, and account settings.

I understand all of that, I really do. I understand the need to avoid “mystery meat navigation” which is why, in one of my other replies, I stated that originality in design must also be accompanied by usability and usefulness.

I’m half-convinced that Apple/Microsoft hold out on implementing features of other OS’s just because that feature already exists in another OS. A good idea is a good idea. Of course, another reason to hold out on implementing a mirrored feature would be any legal ramifications, aside from people from “the other side”…

When I lift to failure, either 8 rep max or 12 rep max, the 8rep just “feels” different. Is that just psychological, or is there a difference when failing over a longer exercise?

If you’re in group exercise classes, your instructor should make these part of the cuing. If not, I’d look for another class/instructor.
