ok, what this doesn’t explain is why that LAST LITTLE BIT of fat seems to take the longest amount of time to shed. I’ve heard all kinds of things from the body wanting to preserve some body fat because it thinks you’re starving (starvation mode) to... wait, maybe that’s all I’ve heard.

Android: I used to have a job in Tasker that disabled Mobile Data when I was at home. Then Android stopped allowing that. My phone (S5) also has such a feature to “smart switch.” Maybe it’s finally time to root just so that I can get Tasker to run all these tasks that it used to be able to run before features started…
