Had a MRSA knock me out for 4 weeks. Should be able to get back to lifting tomorrow. Sigh.

Yeah, Kale and what other 25 unpronounceable ingredients?!?!?!?

Sorry, Beth... just can't bring myself to put "McDonald's" and "Nutirier... Nootrish,,,, nutrella"... nope, can't put them in the same sentence. Dunno how you did it. Tougher fiber than myself, I suppose :)

and being willing to get over your own assumptions

Thanks a lot, Platy! I'll never be able to sleep again!

I think it helped that I've been a customer in good standing for many many years.

I never have carried a balance on my card (single, one, uno), but very recently we had to do so (single income family of 4, cancer treatment/surgery bills, stuff you wish never had to happen to people). The first thing I did was research 0% APR intro rates from other companies, then called my company and basically

I just eat right, exercise, wash my hands when they may be dirty, and my immune system (fortunately) does a really good job of handling the rest. If your immune system is weak or compromised in some way, you have to bear a great deal of inconvenience to remain healthy it seems.

I have performed opera professionally (MM vocal performance), been a health and fitness trainer, guitarist, illusionist, actor, web applications programmer at a highly successful dotcom, played ice hockey, tennis, couple of black belts, poet, artist, and yes... the burnout. Well, I'm fired.

Yes, I did that with my Chromecast before I got my new BlueRay player which has the Amazon app (among others) built-in. I have it wired to the router, so I'm all set.

Amazon has their own, so I would imagine this is why they don't support Chromecast:

I, too, was among the inaugural group of providers on the system. Admittedly, I didn't self-promote at all and only gave 2 helpouts, but it was fun doing a workout training session with someone over video like that.

Thanks!

Before closing my G+ account, I was a moderator at the largest Fitness community over there, and people would post those fitness memes... you've seen 'em: meant to be motivation, all full of good intentions and completely un-researched, unproven advice. Anytime people posted these claims, even for doing good things

I used that exact image in a presentation I did for other fitness coaches in the area stating that we seem to be frozen right there at that state. We have the tools, we have the knowledge, we have what it takes to make a difference in people's lives, but then time just stops as if waiting for someone to say (or take)

Well.. I sorta dropped off the map around here for a while :/
You can thank Melanie for bringing me back around :)
Still, that's just awesome stuff!

Is anyone else tired of being told when you're supposed to express love, and what you're supposed to do (buy) to "mean" it? Or tired of being told when you're supposed to feel thankful? Or what about appreciating veterans, I can do that any day, right? I'm really REALLY sick of people telling me when I can and can't
