My favorite thing to tell gravy seals is “If you go far enough left guns suddenly become cool again.”

Oh I love the S-FR so much. Really wish that had made it to production too.
Okay, that’s a pretty good point. It’s existence offends me a little less.
On the bright side apparently they’re all now qualified to be the next governor of Texas as there don't seem to be any other discernable qualifications.
1st - Towing does loom large, however Ford just needs to get the thing on the market and see what happens. They can improve from there.
The mining company has a point but way more research is required (Before anyone @’s me.)
That’s not what’s being proposed though.
It’s fine to be a moderate, and senate rules allow for the buying and selling of assets in industries you’re ultimately regulating through legislation. I wouldn’t even go as far as to call it corruption, just naked nepotism.
I know full well other politicians benefit from their position. My comment history is full of me absolutely ripping the current president in particular about his voting history and questionable connections to MBNA as well as other financial entities. Scrutiny of money flowing into politics is absolutely necessary for…
I’m curious what you think his motives are then.
EV’s are pretty much the way things are going at the moment unless Porsche’s eFuel delivers on its promise and really takes off. We’re finally getting to the point where the Civic Si/GTI/WRX of EV’s might appear in the next few years.
Not really no.
Of course he does. Manchin is a senator and chairman of the Senate Energy and Natural Resource Committee. A committee in charge of considering energy policy bills that affect the energy policy of the entire country. He also just happens to own $5 Million in coal and oil stock and has a track record of voting like it.
The thing about a lot of this is that research and experience has shown it’s harder to take away away from someone once they’ve had a chance to experience it.
“Manchin isn’t Byrd, it’s not 2010, and one of the big issues right now, oddly enough is they can’t do earmarks like they used to. Earmarks were gross, but they got shit done”
I’m going to heavily disagree with you here. This has everything to do with Manchin’s self interest.
The annoying thing was that I made the statement that the democrats are going to “the party of Joe Manchin” should Biden win and the party gain control of the senate.
Nah, let’s just cut to the chase here.
