A committee in charge of considering energy policy bills that affect the energy policy of the entire country. He also just happens to own $5 Million in coal and oil stock and has a track record of voting like it.

The thing about a lot of this is that research and experience has shown it’s harder to take away away from someone once they’ve had a chance to experience it.
