I don’t think it’s distributed very widely, but if you happen to be in Oregon, my favorite is Kiwanda Cream Ale from Pelican Brewing (on the coast). It’s delicious.

Add them to a sangria! I make one with red wine, peaches, and raspberries that you could definitely throw boozy fruit into.

Yes, it was the perfect amount of saltiness to pair with the watermelon, while not being an overwhelming flavor. 

Last summer I had a watermelon and ricotta salata salad at one of my go-to restaurants. It was a delicious spin on the more typical feta versions!
