I love Cascade - I moved away from Portland a few years ago, miss them a lot... 

They occasionally have it at Whole Foods (though you will pay through the nose for it...)

Trader Joe’s has these peaches in a jar that are AMAZING with cottage cheese.

It has gotten to the point that I specifically ask at brunch places now, and will order a savory entree if it’s the fake stuff. Yep, I’m that guy now...but I’m okay with it.

What with the cow and the immersion tank in a lab, I really hope it was an intentional a wink to Fringe by the writers!

They’re suuuper easy to make! Basically just eggs, flour, and milk poured into a pan and baked for 10-15 mins. I like to put powdered sugar and lemon on mine, or berries, jam, syrup... All amazing!

I would say start with the second season. I’m not really sure what it was but it wasn’t until s2 that I actually started getting into the show. Now it’s one of my favorite comedies (along with You’re the Worst).

Same! Though I will say that it took until season 2 for me to really get into it...
