My theory is this is a data (or lack thereof) issue. Abortion clinics, being what they are, likely aren't all in the listings that Siri taps into when looking for whatever a user requests - or their listing data does not include "abortion" or like terms.

Just downloaded the patch (PS3) and am getting in... let's see what's what. I can't say I've had major issues, aside from my follower not being smart enough to follow me hopping around over boulders and the like. Amateur.
