I think I liked the comic version of Rick's turnaround much better, if I'm remembering right. He goes along with it in public, lets Negan humiliate him and tells everyone that Negan's in charge. But when confronted by a frustrated Coral and Andrea (Michonne) in private he reveals he meant to fight him pretty much all

That's possible. But they also took all the guns away and she found one. So it's not like they couldn't have found a gun with a bullet in it or even just one random bullet.

How am I being a "tough guy"? Now you're putting words in my mouth. I'm not in one your peer-validated screenplays.

I'm not trolling. You responded to me, Mr. Bigshot writer.

Do you also tell the store associates at the stores where you shop that you've "sold screenplays and are a member of the Writer Guild of America who has been honored by your peers a few times"?

That's what almost all people who say things like "internet social justice warrior" usually think, because more than anything, they're very self-impressed.

I feel like most people really think they know the difference but don't because they're actually just complaining.

He's obviously really busy writing great shows. Just taking a break here at AV Club I guess.

"Internet social justice warriors"

God, what if they had cast David Caruso as Negan?

Yeah, it was supposed to be a big moment.

Not really. Criticism is subjective and the people who think they could write a better show usually are just more self-impressed than competent and knowledgable.

Still not impressed.

I'm guessing it's obviously something you might notice if you look at a spent casing like that, but WHY would you even think to look at that one casing after someone tries to kill you?

I was expecting an eventual close up of a random dog that lives there or something.

Shit, is that Glenn's hat? I didn't notice that.

How could Negan know by simply looking at it, that Rosita's spent casing was from a homemade bullet? And why would he even note that to begin with after being shot at? That seemed a little forced to me.

What's weird is it kind of fits how Jesus was introduced in the comic.

Too busy commenting on shows not watched for 4 seasons.

"We’re getting into “How I, A Person Who Does Not Write For Television, Would Fix A TV Show,” which is dumb of me."
