You can go on any diet and lose weight. I’ve been on all of them. But to keep it off and maintain the loss, you have to adjust so much more. Mindset, lifestyle, etc. And that is what they teach you to do. 

I’ve been on Weight Watchers (WW) for years and she is right, it is a lifestyle. And one that saved my life.

I try very very VERY hard to be patient but the sound of children screaming is so aversive to my ears, it puts me in a dark place. I can’t handle it. I think its really cool that some places don’t allow children. I feel like the whole world caters to families, so its nice to have a place just for adults.

I solved my problem by marrying a psychologist. I have daily sessions with him about my experiences at work. He helps me decompress and teaches me how to handle some of my students who desperately need therapy.

I don’t think they are assuming that all feds rent, I have seen letters targeted at a variety of creditors (including mortgages).

What’s with this assumption that all federal employees rent? Instead of sending out stupid sample letters, maybe they should fund the damn government (without funding the fucking wall) so these people can go back to work. Seriously, fuck trump!
