I second this. I had one (Frigidaire, maybe?) around twenty years ago when I bought my first house and the tiny kitchen couldn’t accommodate a full size dishwasher. It worked surprisingly well, and being able to roll it around was nice.

I put a K&N in my 2005 Honda Element in 2006. I bought one set of giant cleaner and oil bottles that are just about empty.

I’ve had these on a few Ford products and they are amazing and I’ve always been baffled why other manufacturers don’t use them.

Father Time came for me a while ago, but I still don’t wear a phone holster.  Reexamine your relationship with your pants size if you can’t fit a phone into any of your pockets.

Why the descent into slideshow listicles?

Add a classy looking rope with a fancy knot and sell it on eBay as a lightly used Porsche boat anchor.

Right? Peeling beets never occurred to me. What’s the benefit to peeling them after roasting?  (or before roasting, for that matter)

They won’t die with millions in the bank anymore. They may die with tens of thousands in the bank - because healthcare. And they might spend their final years in a *nice* care home which is incredibly underrated. I’ve visited relatives in nice care homes and not-so-nice care homes. I plan on being in a nice one.

Parent here: Leather cleans up much easier than fabric, but if you’ve got little lollypop sucking turdbeasts in the car, good seat covers are the one true way.

Meh. If you work on a lot with a strong used field, you’ll still be selling the same dozen Journey’s for the next five years via the bad credit/repo cycle.

I also have these, and they have fairly great sound for the cost and the ANC is okay, however, I cannot wear them for longer than an hour before my ears are too squished to be comfortable. They are now paired and dedicated to our Fire TV cube, and are great for watching an episode of something while my wife is on the

Can you do us all a favor and stop shilling these?  They make good coffee BUT it is a Nestle product that produces ridiculous amounts of waste.

Here in Portland the fixie fad started in the early 2000's.  It hasn’t completely died out, but most of the hipsters into fixies then are now on multi-speeds.  As is turns out, only part of Portland is flat.

It’s almost as if the pandemic and the protests have affected the automotive industry.  Weird, amirite?  Could current events happen to intersect with politics and current events?  Even weirder!

I’d love for insurance companies to step forward and recide all new policies to include a provision that waives coverage for the driver’s financial responsibility if a driver assistance feature is in use but ignored or improperly used. Unfortunately all that would do is bankrupt some folks (who probably deserve it)

When you see the truck in front of you. That’s when you take action whether or not your car has any driver assistance features active.

I didn’t say *you* weren’t soaking them long enough, I wasn’t saoking them long enough. An hour soak seemed to work well with the skewers I had, but I’m sure the amount of water able to be held depends a bit on the processing of the raw material and the manufacturing process.

Once upon a time I thought this too, but I realized I wasn’t soaking the skewers long enough. I’ve since bought metal skewers so I never have to worry about soaking or more importantly, our dogs. As well behaved as they are, if a guest leaves a tasty-smelling skewer (full or empty) on their chair while using the

The privilege is pretty amazing. If I was a POC there’s no doubt I’d be in jail over the dumb stuff I did in my youth, and the unfairness is staggering and tragic. If I was a white lady instead of a white guy, I’d still have some of the same privilege, but definitely less money and body autonomy. Nobody has ever
