Since the FDA doesn’t regulate CBD and we can’t be sure about what’s actually in CBD products, I’m distrustful of the whole industry. It seems like there is some legit research showing specific benefits of CBD products in specific cases, but we can’t even be sure that the product we buy off the shelf has ANY real CBD…
