It looked perfect and was a freakin’ quarter of the price as the scumbags at Applewood.

Aint that the truth... my house needed a new sewer line from the outside to the sidewalk... probably a 15 ft run... one company who I won’t name - APPLEWOOD PLUMBING IN DENVER - wanted $9K. I went with the insured, small local guy who lives 1 neighborhood over who did it for $2300.
