Actually it’d be the opposite. Right now Uber has basically zero cost and liability since they don’t own the car, or pay for maitmaintenance, gas/electricity, depreciation. While I understand the concern. I'd like to think that this isn't just for amusement but also provides some great training for the cops to practice their handling and precision riding at the same time. Plus, you always want to train with the equipment you actually will be using in the field.

What do you recommend doing if the local police state that they will not wrote up a report. I got in an accident where no one was hurt but the cars were still pretty damaged and the officers that showed up said their policy is that they won't make a report unless someone is hurt or they give someone a ticket.
