That looks like the same Mammoet rig used to transport a very large turbine generator that I mentioned in my comment somewhere in this post. At some point it gets driven by 4 semis in a push/pull configuration.

Slap an American in a top tier team and it may garner some views. Stick him in Haas or Williams and nobody will care. It’s going to take a lot more than an American’s name with 19 or 20 next to it to give F1 any mass market appeal in the US.
