Because this was written as the ghostbuster’s theme, and Ray Parker Jr’s was just supposed to be an 80's pop tie-in. For perspective, think of “Back in Time” by Huey Lewis vs. the actual Back to the Future theme.

When this man was working at an IHOP, i’m proud at myself for not making fun of him. I can only imagine how it must have been like to be the most popular man in the world at one point, but to humble yourself down to the point of taking an average job in a kitchen, I saw that as brave.
I do wish nothing but the best

Yeah that was the only thing (apart from seeing snorlax in a mankini) that made me feel even slightly vexed. The rest is just nonsense really. Memeing around. In my day it was zeitgeistingaround, and paradigming around, how things change. Memeing. Geez.

meme-ing around”

This feels like yet another one of those easily resolved “If you don’t like it, don’t turn it on” issues.

An Israeli moving into someone else’s space without permission? Surely you jest.

I always thought the trailer for the last Suicide Squad suffered from a strong case of the try-hards. “Look at how edgy and irreverant we are! Look, we’re playing retro music tracks just like those Galactic Guardians all you kids like! Could you turn this into one of those....whatchacallits...’me-mes’ on social media?”

Not at all, it’s just overhyped shovelware

Yep, it is indeed terrible that you’ve never heard about one of the most acclaimed games of 2020. If you read any gaming press then I don’t know how you would have missed it. It is top to bottom a truly excellent game. It’s got some of the greatest narrative and characters I’ve ever encountered in game. I have been

It’s his math, not mine! I’m a reporter, not an accountant, and I do not trust myself to know his finances better than he does. That said, I do intend to interview him after this is all over, and I will absolutely press him on the real total, because I have a feeling that no matter what, it will differ pretty

I only heard about it early this year. Bought it on a whim. This game definitely deserve the accolades.

Yeah, Dead Cells is definitely a roguelike. Or is it a roguelike? To be honest, the discussion over the differences between the two always reminds me of the old Woody Allen joke: “Democritus called them atoms. Leibniz called them monads. Fortunately the two never met or there would’ve been a very dull argument.”

He isn’t saying that he created Bucky.

Joe Taslim is one of the best martial arts actors working today. If they let him go all out, this may be a very worthwhile movie.

Joe Taslim portrays Bi-Han, aka Sub-Zero, with a sinister, friendly sort of menace. He’s your friend, but really he’s about to murder you and your child by running you both through with an ice spike.

I don’t think you will win a single convert in the world for this “Gennedy Tartakovsky makes bad animation” take. Sorry, but it’s ridiculous. Go watch Primal or Samurai Jack or something.

Shit, I’ve not experienced someone being so wrong on the internet before. Genndy's version is awesome, the audio alone is worth tuning in for, just like in SJ

Bring back the big breakfast.

Battlefront 2? Launched with a thud, got absolutely ripped for microtransactions, and was just a lightning rod for gamers who hated being nickel and dimed to death after already spending $60 on a game.

Absolutely! I’ve always been a fan of the MK story (14 year old me even wrote a feature length fan-script for a sequel after seeing the original MK movie (and it was better than Annihilation!)) just for the comic-book/D&D level goofiness of it all, but what they’ve done with the newest trilogy is some genuinely next-le
