agree 100%

I saw this movie at Sundance and a lot of your critiques are valid. However, if this opens up a broader discussion about how conventional agricultural practices often treat our land poorly, kill the soil, and destroy biodiversity, I’m also fine with it. Some documentaries are pure and true journalistic works, and

I visit Louisiana a lot (including right now) and every time it makes me want to watch this movie again. Guess I have my next viewing squared away

Agreed. Can we have early 90s Tom Hanks again?

You do know that most people are in the middle? What about a dude that has a normal steady job that he works hard at?

Yeah, there is no sub genre or trope for women who are otherwise funny, smart, etc who can get a mega hot man just by being “not bad-looking” or “good-looking enough”.

Having never really followed Ted Bundy or any serial killers when I saw the movie at Sundance I was like there’s NO WAY a judge said this shit to him but also the movie wouldn’t be able to fictionalize that without being accused of glorifying him — I had to go look up the video and it blew my mind. That’s some crazy

Whatever else people think about this movie I was really surprised with how much I enjoyed his performance.

He’s more than we deserve

If anyone really thinks prostitutes are pleasure seekers, they don’t know much about prostitution (I understand how it would be the first thing to come to mind in a flash, but it’s not accurate. They’re just trying to get paid.)

Or Joe Versus the Volcano!

Yeah these studies are about mainstream country radio stations. They’re not going to play Father John Misty anytime soon. They’d play more women before they play him.

Seriously we all did it for three LotR movies y’all! This ain’t news!

How did their relationship grow organically? They literally couldn’t have a conversation until he proposed (in a scene riddled with terrible fatphobia unfortunately).

The one on this article is Twitter but they also posted it on IG (the band and Lauren did on her own page too) which is what I was looking at because I don’t use Twitter.

It says something in the review about a child surgeon cutting into the political consultant

God that movie is so good

There are a million people defending Chris Brown in the comments of this Instagram post which is mind blowing. And Tyga even showed up to be all like “hey we all make mistakes can we just have positive energy only” unbelievable

Exactly my experience. Entertained by the first one, massively disappointed by the second and never bothered with the third.

Yeah I feel like it hit its apex with This is America which I loved as a song and video and still do. But everything since then has seemed forced and patently unfun?
