It isn’t clear if this is a possible factory error, or one which might have occurred during aftersales maintenance/repair. The factory don’t use the parts catalogue to decide where to put screws, but then why check every car instead of only those which had had maintenance or repair to seatbelts. Hmmm - factory floor…
