The race duration should be such that the cars can race flat out for the whole length of the race with at least 20 % left.  One of the biggest concerns slowing the uptake of electric cars is range anxiety, so what does formula E make central to the races - yep, range anxiety.

My RS runs at high tickover with the timing retarded for about 20 seconds before settling down, I was informed it was so as to warm the cat up quickly so it was effective sooner.

Interesting - back in Austria, Norris(?) was penalised for not giving someone room on the outside even though the other car was less that half way alongside Norris’s. Here we have Verstappen almost wheel to wheel with Hamilton, but it’s Verstappen who is in the wrong....

It was at least a years worth of production if not more, Quite a few cars then - including mine. Luckily my dealership has a Performance Ford section which specialised in changing the gaskets.
