Honestly most of the GX and similar pokemon cards are really cheap, save for maybe 3 or 4 per set. You can easily pick them up online for $5-10 rather than scamming packs.

Most walmarts have retail packs (The packs in cardboard sleeves with peg hook holes in them) so it is a non-issue there.
