Yep. So that whole emotional farewell at the end is worthless and now you *know* the next one will just do the same thing somehow because it’s bait.

Remember that super emotional ending to Toy Story 3 that helped us as an audience bid farewell to our favorite characters as they began their new journey with a new kid?

well for one he actually did set that into canon in Batman Beyond. If memory serves there were a few storylines they wanted to do but crossed the line too much into the dark.

If I’m not mistaken, Bruce Timm *did* have them hook up, albeit offscreen, somewhere in the time between The Animated Series and Batman Beyond.

Am I misremembering, or does “Everything Bruce Timm wanted to do with Batman but couldn’t” largely amount to “hooking him up with Batgirl”?

Velma has a 40%/7% on Rotten Tomatoes and I never heard about anything who did more than hate watched the first episode.....why on Earth is it getting a second season? Who is it for? They cancelled Batgirlm, a fully completed movie, but this is getting a second season?

This looks like absolute garbage. I don’t tend to write off films in advance all that much, but honestly, this feels like a complete mess. Kraven feels more like Wolverine in many ways, and then there’s the weird Granny Weatherwax borrowing powers they seem to have given him.

I’m currently doing a first watch-through of Voyager and have found the Doctor to be the best part of the series so far, so I would be all for having a holo-Shaw

This show is easily up in the Breaking Bad, Succession etc. tier of great TV shows, but it won’t ever be taken as seriously because it’s fantasy/science fiction.
