That’s the problem I have with prequels, it saps tension out of scenes that should have them because we know certain characters can’t die or even be too seriously injured. At this rate anyone who isn’t the legacy character in any dangerous situation is the new red shirt.

Your idea reminds me of the Star Trek theme Las Vegas hotel that eventually closed. I just think there is a limit to what fans will pay.
