I liked The Man from U.N.C.L.E as well and thought it really showcased Cavill’s charm in a way the Superman movies never did.

I am glad Driver passed, not that he is a bad actor. I just think that Ethan Peck would be a better choice for Reed Richards. Reed Richards seems pretty close to Spock in that they are both highly intelligent but emotional distant characters that have trouble relating in normal human interactions.

I think the release date killed Solo more than anything. If it had been released in Dec, it wouldn’t have been in the Avengers shadow and had more space from the last Star Wars movie. It is a fun movie and families would have seen it over Christmas and New Years Eve.
