I’m glad he just admitted they were nice to him and he needed a paycheck, it’s not like anyone’s mind will be changed by the movie anyway.

I work in the industry and I’ve heard similar stories from multiple female deck officers who have sailed through the region.

It’s a well known fact that allowing even one woman into a professional field lowers the average testosterone level to the point where everyone in that field immediately becomes incompetent.

Friendly reminder that you have to be 21 to buy cigs now. And Matt Gaetz is a creep.

So they’ve morphed the sporty, fun concept into essentially a Ridgeline clone? And they think this is a good idea?

My 4Runner Limited is a perfectly comfortable daily driver, I would definitely recommend checking them out.

I wonder how hard it would be to swap the front bumper and grille on a GX with the much more attractive Land Rover Prado front end. They are basically the same vehicle.

The first gen cars were basically identical, not sure why they were expecting a different result this time.

I honestly believe CEO egos are a driving force behind calling people back to the office. It’s much more gratifying peering out of your corner office and seeing a hive of noise and activity that you rule over. Watching tumbleweeds blow down the halls just doesn’t give the bosses that same sense of satisfaction.

100% this. I would seriously consider relocating, even to Detroit, for a job that lets me work from home 3 days a week. I would change jobs in a heartbeat for a fully remote job that lets me live anywhere. Work from home is going to be huge in terms of talent attraction. We’ve spent a year proving it can be done,

I work in an administrative capacity for a company that also has a large number of essential blue collar workers and I can tell you the resentment is very real among a fairly vocal portion of those workers. I’m already back at work several days a week and expect to be back full time within the next few months. Good

Psychotic parents are really getting high tech, back in my day they just got in fights on the sidelines at sporting events.

Not sure how common this is but I have heard of some schools that banned children from arriving to school unaccompanied, so if they walk/bike parents still have to escort them through the school gates.

Is the tailgate a split fold like the Range Rover? Cut lines make it look that way but I have yet to see a picture with the back open.

I went to a Catholic school that did not offer bus service for K-8, so when I switched to public school for high school I was initially a little intimidated getting on the big yellow bus for the first time. It was actually not bad at all! The district screwed up the bus routing and way overestimated the number of

I can do about a week with my parents before losing my mind. I can only hear so much regurgitated Fox “news” garbage and maintain my sanity. I’m 34 for context.

This thing look awesome! Here’s hoping in a few years I can sell my Canoo stock for enough to buy this truck.

Or, instead of lowering speed limits and passing rules that will drive us all nuts, we can actually enforce legislation that exists in many states saying the left lane is for passing.

They were selling it as a new car and did not offer a substantial discount. My threshold for a new car is less than 50 miles. Any more than that and there should be a major discount to account for the use and loss of warranty.

It makes me think of clowns, and frankly I’d rather have dysentery
