I always used to tell myself that I’d get into motorcycles once I got all the cars I wanted. But now I can begrudgingly admit that bikes are indeed very good and fun. And 1 month after buying my first, I want more of them.
I wanted something period-looking for my bike, but not period-dangerous as a 30 year old helmet would be. Bonus points for the not-so-subtle HRC colors.
I do miss my SE-R from time to time... Granted it was without a doubt the worst example of a b13 SE-R on this planet, but on the right day on the right road it was a gem of a car. I’m hoping to bring my Fit to that level eventually, but its goofy 1.5 is never going to be as entertaining (or powerful) as an SR20.
I love this thing so much. I’m sure you can chalk it up to this being the only motorcycle I’ve ridden for a meaningful amount of time, but this bike impresses me every time I ride it. It’s quick without being too much to handle, twisty roads are more fun than in any previous car I’ve owned, and the noise it makes! I…
I asked for people’s opinions the other day, but to be honest my heart was set on the bike the minute I saw it. And now it’s my first bike! 1988 Honda Hawk 650, aka RC31. I bought it in Columbus this morning and drove it back up to Cleveland, and aside from being freezing and miserable the whole time (and running out…
I told myself I wasn’t gonna buy a bike, since I’m saving every penny I earn for an NSX. But riding was too much fun to not do again, so here I am. I’m really liking this Honda Hawk 650, does anyone know anything about them? I was also looking at Suzuki GS500s, but I’ve heard they’re really not great bikes.
I thought I was just getting the HKS R32, but I ended up receiving half of the Skyline family tree!
The card is bent but I know that doesn’t matter to most people here. I’m looking to trade it for the HKS Skyline, carded or loose
I am now going to the NY auto show this Saturday. I’ve got a long ass drive ahead of me Friday.
Anyways, here’s a song
If it passes (which it looks like it will), and more importantly this section stays in, it will be a rare example of Ohio doing something right.
I mean, they’re not going in any museums, but they’re... pretty... good... I suppose?
Not the Fiat, obviously. The low-res 70s fastback with a really familiar looking rear window but taillights I don’t think I’ve ever seen.
I’m gonna need a few minutes alone
I’m a fancy art collector now
Got my temporary motorcycle permit this morning, and signed up for the classes in early May. I want something fun to drive and I don’t have room for a second car, so bike life it is!
My friend saw some sort of early 2000s Japanese wagon earlier today. He said it looked like a Stagea like this one, except the taillights didn’t go all the way up to the roof. Any ideas?
Don’t drive and listen to this song. Or do.
Since I graduated in May, I’ve lived 4 different places, driven across the country, had 2 jobs, briefly had 2 cats, ended a long term relationship, sold my GTA, and bought (and modded) my Fit. I just moved into my hopefully long term spot, and this is my first bit of decor.
I got my Fit earlier in the year but I never really posted any pictures on here. There was a bunch of stuff I wanted to do on it but Ohio’s winter got in the way, so this is it in its current state.
