Satellite, crashed in my yard
In my experience, it’s the deer that run out at the last second that I hit, not ones sitting the middle of the lane. If they can predict a deer running thru a corn field out of sight and then straight into my passenger side door, then we’re talking,
I, too, have no desire to ever buy another automatic. I might get one as a temporary project vehicle, and in the future, if I have to get an EV for my commute, I’ll do that (though those technically don’t have automatic transmissions, just gear reductions). But I definitely won’t buy another auto as a long-term member…
Do the math. There are 153,000,000 working age people that actually work. If the plan is going to cost $454,000,000,000 (government money comes from tax-payers)...those working people are going to have to shell out roughly $3,000 to get a $3,000 rebate. God that is a wonderful plan.
“The plan would be key to reducing the impact of climate change enriching those with influence over the government.”
Neutral: When you consider the environmental impact of manufacturing the original ICE car, scrapping a perfectly good running OBD2 car, and then manufacturing another car to replace it, this program has nothing to do with “saving the environment”.
That was beautiful... Now I’m sad..
Thought exercises are fun!
There’s an amazingly well preserved Justy in my neighborhood.
I’m there. Small, scrappy, and shifted by a wiggly stick between the front seats. I’ll drive that.
Sales are down 11.6% so far this year after having been up 31% the prior year. It’s not dying.
People keep talking about taking Subaru back to the WRC, but they sure aren’t doing it in the current WRX/STI chassis at almost 3ft longer than the Yaris/C3/Fiesta. I mean, look at the current ARX races and you can see how much bigger than the Focus and Beetle the STI is, and WRC cars are an order of magnitude smaller…
The B segment still exists and was even thriving in America until like past year.
I’m pretty sure you could fit 2 Justies in the footprint of a crosstrek.
I’m glad Porsche got their headgaskets correct ..... but completely missed the IMS bearing.
The Diavel is down massive 33ft-lbs. That’s a way bigger deficit than 35hp advantage it has.
Remember how we used to be able to comment on images by clicking on parts of them?
What’s important to me is being able to open an article in Jalopnik without a video autoplaying.
