Hahah yeah, I remember it. About 5 years back, I played it at the Galloping Ghost arcade in Illinois, and they had the only functioning machine I’ve ever seen.

The only other thing I can think of is the one “Steamboat Willy” world of Kingdom Hearts II, but that hardly counts because it’s 3D. It’s pretty shocking something on this level hadn’t been attempted before, but it also seems tremendously difficult to pull off effectively.
