I looked into it. Lane 1 was empty, and the last place finisher was in lane 9. She finished about .4 sec behind 7th place, and must be out of the picture.

WoW gets hacked all the time. Just look on youtube for teleporting hacks, speed hacks, etc. Lots (most?) of the hackers get banned eventually, but it's likely that some don't. Hard to say for sure. But the fact that it's hackable is indisputable.
