Holy shit y’all the Caps fuckin’ did it! That’s so rad. Shit’s been real weird in DC recently, it’s glad to have some pure, unbridled joy attached to the city for at least a little bit.

I do see deGrom, who is clearly the #2. deGrom has a better ERA, Scherzer has a better FIP so depending on your flavor of WAR, you can argue that, but it’s basically a wash. deGrom’s problem is that Scherzer has a boatload more K’s and Wins. I know wins don’t mean shit, but they still do to far too many voters.

If Scherzer wins the NL Cy Young this year (and barring injury there isn’t anyone truly poised to be a legit contender), I have to believe his ticket to the HOF will be punched. Stupid career counting numbers aside, I cannot fathom a world where a 4x Cy Young winner wouldn’t make it. He’s a truly spectacular player

Man, I never thought I’d ever entertain the thought of quitting watching the NFL (and I won’t because I’m a shitty hypocrite) but with the whole sleazy climate over the country now, this is the first time I’ve seriously thought that maybe I should re-evaluate my fandom of the NFL. If it weren’t for two things, I’d

The maple cookies are fucking amazing and it’s impossible not to eat an entire row in one sitting. The girl scouts have made a huge mistake not co-opting them and selling them for triple the price.

420 question: Can any of you actually tell a difference between sativa vs. indica and different strains, or is it all just bullshit and weed is just weed?

The best part is that Beau Titsworth looks EXACTLY like you’d expect a man named Beau Titsworth to look.

Kentucky is the most one-and-done school in the NCAA. You can’t pin this loss on them being young because Kentucky is basically equally young every year due to insane roster turnover. They just sucked this year, simple as that.

Montreal is a fucking rad city. Tampa is where old white people go to die. There’s absolutely no comparison.

I feel like Karlovic deserves more credit than he gets. He’s had an unspectacular career but it’s been very long and I’m sure he’s made a solid amount of money for probably moving 1/4 of the distance in a match than Federer has. Dude is 6'11", that’s just not a reasonable size for a tennis player. Even hitting back

You’re a fat fucking moron. Eat shit.

Eat shit asshole.

“Six Nine”

Asuka slapping her handshake away was some boss shit right there tho...

Tom Brady and Roger Federer are probably my two favorite athletes of all time. In 2004 I was 16 and I remember staying up stupid-late to watch Federer win the Australian Open and screaming at the TV cheering on Brady in the Super Bowl while my girlfriend, who couldn’t have given less of a shit about football, silently

It’s not Camden Yards or PNC or anything but it’s a good place to watch a game, especially since they added a nice looking scoreboard a few years back (the old one was pretty repug). The tailgating scene is the main draw and is truly great, but the food and beer is cheaper than average, everything is clean, and

Mega Man X-X3 (the rest of the series was trash though)

lol eat shit hater

The logical explanation is that the Pats gambled they could resign Garoppolo and lost. It probably became clear to them in the middle of the season after trying to extend him that he woudln’t take it and would walk after the year and the Pats would get nothing. In that light, the logical move would be to get SOMETHING

Not top 5 just because of how many insane talents there have been (for my money Flair is #1 but I wont start a whole thing here), but I’d listen if someone wanted to make a top 10 argument, and I think he’s hands down no-doubt top 20.
