I loved this .

We have a local conspiracy of bearded ravens (I don't like using the collective term "unkindness"!) who have a running battle with the (awful, introduced) Minah birds. It's a modern day Westside Story around here! The parrots and welcome swallows seem to keep to them selves thank goodness.

Julian May's Galactic Milieu series!

This. This a million times. This book is very close to my heart and the movie bore no resemblance at all to the novel.

I quit the festival scene a few years ago. It was hot, crowded, smelly and expensive but the killer was seeing two young dude-bros unzipping and starting to pee against the hurricane mesh just a meter from my friends and I. I shouted at them for being foul, lazy little beasts and laughed as they tried to run away…

Anyone got a lighter? I can sense a mob a-gatherin' hehe
