"FX’s John Landgraf, who slammed the practice, first and foremost, as 'lazy'”

Just like how the Prison Break gang kept going back to prison.

BIG KNIFE

I was unaware of "Hot Cheetos and Takis" until seeing this article this morning, and I've probably listened to it a dozen times today. So great.

I listened to the Process of Weeding Out  and the music side of Family Man a few weeks ago, for the first time in probably 10 years, and they were both awesome.

Seconded. Great book.

"generic hardcore trash like DC3 and Angst"

Yes, that Smart Cops record is outstanding. They remind me a bit of Dean Dirg, from Germany, who have been one of my favorite bands in recent years. (Heads up: new Dean Dirg 12" on Hardware Records.)

Jax kiss-kiss-kissed his sis on the lips
Gemma said "no no no"
But oops! Jax did it anyway.

The Ever Present Football Player Rapist wrote "Hobo ball gag," and even knowing what he meant, I still didn't like reading those words together.

Thanks for this, Glenn. I had no idea these existed. I listened to the podcast for episode 312 on the way to work and it was great. I would have loved to listen to each the day after the episodes originally aired, but I'm still really looking forward to listening to all of them.

I can't believe we're into the second page of comments and no one's said

Did I mention his best friend is a talking pie?

"SAMCRO's got so many enemies, it's hard to know who to look at when the shit goes down."

"Everyone knows me"
Great write up, Noel.

@jdtn: I too was expecting the two-fingered masturbating accountant to call in the troops just in the nick of time, or at least attempt to but find that they were too spread out on other business to react. Jax immediately jumping to the conclusion that it was Clay who burned down the studio made me think that maybe

Black Dynamite rules
I saw Black Dynamite three times last week. I can't remember the last time I enjoyed a movie so much. Hell, I can't remember the last time I paid to see a movie in the theater more than once. If you live in one of the handful of cities where it's playing, don't miss it.

Have you seen I'm Gonna Get You Sucka recently? Hasn't held up well at all.

I love this movie.
I saw this twice over the weekend. I can't remember the last time I've been so entertained by a movie. I can't remember the last time I've actually seen a movie twice in the theater. It's so fucking spot-on. If you enjoy Blaxploitation films, I can't imagine you not loving this.
