Why buy a brand new Type-R when you can get a 20 year old SI for more money?

Otto’s double bird flip after he won the race in the video made me so happy.
Oh, good. Even a low speed impact could hurt Otto/Auto. After all he is Chapel Hill 2020 Hillclimb Classic Champion.
Thank you guys so much for doing something as patently ridiculous as actually buying this thing, and sharing your experience with us. This is exactly the sort of silly escapist fun we all need right now. Keep em coming!
Owned two of these, biggest P.O.S. vehicles ever to grace my driveway. Rusted worse than a VW beetle. Awful to work on too (which was too common an occurrence). Had one with the cable-clutch actuator instead of hydraulic- what an absolute failure in engineering. CP at any price.
Not at the college I work near. They’re still driving and lusting after Nimitz Class Pickup Trucks®.
Moisten the scones, for they are unacceptably dry.
This is all the car 70% of the population would ever need. Myself included. We may WANT M-cars and AMGs and huge stupid trucks, but we certainly don’t need them.

You guys are gems, never change.
This is the quality journalism I’ve come to expect from Jalopnik.
Those damn German jaguars!
“None of this is terrible!”

They are then, of course, liable for their own lack of action... but I still wouldnt blame them for this issue. There are hundreds of Hyundai dealers out there that don’t do shady shit like this. As the…
I hear a lot that Hyundai/Kia has terrible dealers, but where I am in Ohio, we have some pretty great dealerships. Not perfect, but not a nightmare either.
Rob’s been cranking out NPOCP for years, only abated by well deserved vacations. Let’s not forget he has a full time job as well. Three cheers for the man who creates the first post many of us read every weekday.
Well, that is because he is a barstard!
Now I’m wondering who it was I met down at Port of Wilmington
I loved proper jeeps growing up and always wanted one.
