Yes, but surrounding those wealthy suburbs are depressed old steel towns. There’s still some Democrats in the poorer areas leftover from the days when everyone supported unions, and there are some wealthy, educated liberals in the suburbs, but more often than not, I do see Trump signs in peoples’ yards in both. :(
